Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Representative role based in Kanpur. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers,



conduct site visits, and present tailored solar solutions that address client energy needs and financial goals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering proposals, explaining technical and financial aspects of solar systems, coordinating with the engineering and installation teams, and supporting clients through paperwork and rebate processes. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, following up on leads, tracking sales activities in CRM or internal tools, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Representative will represent Helium Solar at local events, build partnerships with businesses and residential communities, and promote the environmental and economic benefits of going solar.
Qualifications

Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
