About the Role

Propteliio Consultants Private Limited is looking for ambitious, confident, and result-driven Property Advisors to join our growing real estate sales team.

As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ property requirements, advising them on suitable real estate opportunities, conducting site visits, maintaining strong follow-ups,



and assisting clients throughout the sales and closing process.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and handle leads through company-provided databases, inbound inquiries, referrals, and other sources.
* Make outbound calls and connect with prospective property buyers.
* Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budgets, and investment objectives.
* Advise clients on suitable residential and investment property opportunities.
* Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, locations, and key investment benefit
