About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging short-form content, UGC videos, social media reels, advertisements, and marketing videos for our clients and brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit UGC videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
* Create high-converting video content for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and visual elements.
* Edit videos according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
* Work closely with the creative, marketing, and performance marketing teams.
* Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.
* Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, and UGC formats.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
* Strong experience in UGC video editing and short-form content.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe All Apps,



especially:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Audition
* Good working knowledge of CapCut.
* Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven video content.
* Strong sense of timing, storytelling, typography, transitions, and visual composition.
* Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Skills

* Experience editing Meta Ads and performance marketing creatives.
* Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
* Experience with UGC creators, talking-head videos, product videos, and testimonial content.
* Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and CTA placement in short-form videos.
