Role Description The Senior Designer will lead architectural and spatial design projects, translating user research and behavioral insights into clear design concepts and detailed drawings. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineering and project stakeholders, and ensuring that design decisions prioritize human experience and usability.



Daily responsibilities include developing design narratives, preparing presentations and visualizations, guiding junior designers, and reviewing design outputs for coherence and quality. The Senior Designer will also participate in client meetings, contribute to design strategy, and help refine internal design processes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong architectural and spatial design skills, with experience creating user-centric, logic-driven design solutions.
Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation tools).
Ability to integrate research, data, and behavioral insights into design decisions and project workflows.
Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to clients and colleagues.
