Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions,



understanding property requirements, and guiding potential buyers and investors through the end-to-end sales process. Day-to-day activities include generating leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, presenting suitable real estate options, and negotiating terms that align with client needs and company policies. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and ensuring timely closure of deals. The Relationship Manager will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
