Sanchis Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategic and execution-oriented Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, content creation, platform management and performance reporting for our clients and the agency.
The ideal candidate should understand how brands communicate digitally, have strong content instincts, and be capable of converting business objectives into engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies based on client objectives.
Create platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Identify content trends, audience insights and emerging formats.
Develop content pillars, campaigns, themes and monthly content calendars.
Align social media activities with brand positioning, marketing campaigns and business goals.
2. Content Planning & Creation
Develop creative concepts, reel ideas, carousel concepts, static post ideas and campaign themes.
Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.




Create or coordinate scripts for Reels, short-form videos and promotional content.
Brief designers, video editors and content creators with explicit creative direction.
Ensure content maintains brand consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity.
3. Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned clients.
Schedule and publish content across platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience interactions.
Coordinate with clients for content approvals and feedback.
Maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, followers, views, leads and conversions.
Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Analyse content performance and identify what is working and what need
