Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Full and Final Settlement Executive based in Goregaon. The role involves managing end-to-end full and final settlement processes for employees, including calculating payable amounts, verifying inputs from HR and Payroll,



and ensuring timely disbursement in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Executive is expected to maintain accurate records, reconcile settlement data, and prepare reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with HR, Finance, and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies, answering queries related to settlements, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. The role also requires adherence to data confidentiality standards and support during audits or internal reviews.
