Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program details, admission criteria, and application procedures. The Admissions Counselor will conduct counseling sessions via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication, and will follow up with leads to support conversion and enrollment targets.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and participating in outreach or information sessions. The role also requires providing explicit, empathetic support to prospective students, ensuring they have the information and guidance needed to make informed decisions.
