Role Overview
We are looking for a agile and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding creators, educators, coaches, and influencers onto the CreatorX (By AppX) platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong consultative sales skills, experience in SaaS, EdTech, Creator Economy, or Digital Products, and a passion for helping creators monetize their expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with creators, educators, coaches, consultants, and community builders.
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and social media.
Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls.
Understand client requirements and propose customized CreatorX solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Collaborate with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.




Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Stay updated with trends in the creator economy, online education, and community-led businesses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SaaS, EdTech, Creator Economy, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
Ability to build relationships with founders, creators, and business owners.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling SaaS, website development, mobile app solutions, or creator-focused products.
