Role Description The Computer Science Mentor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanyakumari district. The mentor will guide students through core computer science concepts, programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and interview-focused problem solving. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom sessions,



conducting doubt-clearing and practice labs, reviewing assignments, and providing personalized feedback to help learners improve. The mentor will assist in designing and updating learning materials, coordinating with other trainers to align curricula with tech placement requirements, and tracking student progress and outcomes. The role also involves mentoring students on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and professional behavior to prepare them for campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and databases.
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in placements (such as C, C++, Java, or Python) and familiarity with coding platforms used for interview practice.
