Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Calibration Engineer, Executive Assistant.



The role involves planning and performing calibration of instruments and equipment, supporting testing activities, and maintaining accurate calibration records in line with relevant standards. The skilled will assist senior leadership with scheduling, documentation, data compilation, and preparation of technical and administrative reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with laboratory and engineering teams, ensuring timely calibration and testing support for projects, and managing communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting process improvements, organizing meetings, and helping maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Calibration and Testing for laboratory and industrial equipment.
