Role Description The Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for driving sales of solar solutions within an assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting site visits, explaining product offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations.



The role involves negotiating terms, closing sales, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing clients, gather market intelligence, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline. The role also requires participation in local marketing activities, events, and customer education initiatives related to solar and renewable energy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or business development, ideally in solar, renewable energy, or related industrial solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer segments.
Ability to conduct site assessments, understand basic technical concepts, and translate them into clear commercial proposals.
