About the Role
Inkcredible Studios is looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to drive business growth across B2B & B2C markets while managing digital marketing campaigns and international client relationships.
You’ll own the journey from lead generation → qualification → conversion → client relationship → retention.
? Key Responsibilities
• Generate B2B & B2C leads through cold calling, email & LinkedIn
• Handle UK & US clients and convert business opportunities
• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns
• Track ROAS, CTR, CPC & CPL and prepare campaign reports
• Manage CRM, sales pipelines and follow-ups
• Coordinate with creative teams for client requirements
• Manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Digital Marketing
✔️ Strong English communication & client-handling skills
✔️ International client experience is preferred
✔️ Solid negotiation, sales & follow-up skills
✔️ Comfortable working UK/US time zones
✔️ Target-driven and able to work independently
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
