Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor payments, GST/TDS compliance, and assist with export-import billing and bank documentation.
Job Description

· Role: Junior Accountant
· Functional Area: Finance & Accounting
· Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
· Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
· Location: Near Dabdi More, Recent Delhi
· Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:
o Record day-to-day accounting entries and maintain general ledgers in Tally ERP.
o Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and routine vendor reconciliations.
o Process monthly GST, TDS, etc. workings and assist with challan filings.




o Issue GST e-way bills and maintain organised digital and physical filing archives.

Export & Trade Finance Support:
o Prepare basic export billing sets: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping paperwork.
o Maintain logs and track bank documents for e-BRC, FIRCs, and shipping bill reconciliations.
o Assist in organising bank submissions for Packing Credit, Export Bills, and Letters of Credit (L/C).
o Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents to collect Bills of Lading and Shipping Bills.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
· Education: B. Com or BBA (Finance).
· Technical Skills: Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST portal, and basic familiarity with banking/export documents.
· Competencies: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and good follow-up skills with banks and logistics partners.
