About the Role
We’re looking for a highly proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. This role will focus on identifying the right creators, building long-term relationships, and executing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate product shipments and campaign briefs with influencers.
Track campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement,



and conversions.
Monitor social media trends and identify current creator opportunities.
Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
