About the Role
We are looking for a Luxury Sales & Marketing Executive who can represent the brand, drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our luxury gifting business.
This is a multi-dimensional role combining sales, client servicing, marketing, business development, brand partnerships, and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a premium, fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
Handle walk-in and incoming luxury gifting enquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and gifting solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.




Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle high-value wedding, corporate, and festive gifting clients.
Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to order delivery.
Business Development
Identify and approach potential corporate and wedding clients.
Develop relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, luxury brands, hotels, and other relevant partners.
Generate new sales opportunities through networking, references, and outreach.
Explore new markets and opportunities for the brand.
Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative and social media team for campaigns, shoots, launches, and events.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Help develop ideas for recent campaigns, collaborations, and brand activations.
Support PR, influencer, event, and brand partnership initiatives.
