Requirements:

1. Mode: Regular office, - 5 days working
2. Location: Jaipur, Vishwakarma Industrial Area (VKI). – Client location
3. Valuable Communication Skill,
4. Requirement: Immediate joiner / Serving NP with short LWD only
6. BDO Payroll - Perm role

All the position are required to be filled as Immediate Joiner. Please note: Resources from Genpact, Accenture’s are not preferred.

Position 1:

Indian Accounts Payables (budget: 6LPA to 7LPA) and experience (3-4 yrs):
Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, approval, and proper coding
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Handling employees’ reimbursement
Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance in relation to TDS and GST,
Support audits by providing documentation and reports
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues.

Position 2:

Indian Accounts Receivables (budget: 6LPA to 7LPA) and experience (3-4 yrs):




Generate customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Ensure proper application of the GST on the invoices
Monitor outstanding receivables,
Maintain the Accounts Receivable aging report and highlight overdue receivables to management.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Record customer receipts and allocate payments against invoices accurately.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customers to resolve invoice-related queries.
Prepare periodic collection reports, and MIS reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
Maintain customer master data in the ERP system.
Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
