Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. Your primary focus will be to directly reach out to business owners, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers, consult on their technological needs, and pitch our elite suite of IT and marketing services to help them scale efficiency and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation: Actively discover and reach out to business executives through targeted outbound calls, professional networking, and relationship building.
Strategic Pitching: Effectively present digital transformation solutions including Custom Website Design, Mobile Apps, Enterprise Software, and AI/ML technologies.
Pipeline Management:



Oversee the client journey from initial outbound touchpoint and requirements gathering to pricing proposal alignment and final onboarding.
Consultative Sales: Identify structural and digital gaps in a prospect's operations and present Durrani Tech solutions as the premium response.
Target Execution: Successfully meet and exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly revenue milestones.

Qualifications
Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Business acumen and understanding of IT services, including software development, web/mobile applications, and digital transformation.
Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiation in a professional setting.
Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services
