Role Description:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the design and development of visual assets that support Dolphy’s brand across digital and print channels. This full-time,
on-site role is based at the Surat corporate headquarters and involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to create brand-aligned graphics, logos, and layouts for campaigns, presentations, product packaging, and corporate communications. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing design projects from brief to final delivery, maintaining consistent brand standards, preparing production-ready files, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, provide creative direction, and contribute to the enhancement of Dolphy’s visual identity in domestic and international markets.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work across digital and print media.
