Job Description

Designation: Assistant Manager - Talent Management

Experience : 1 year to 3 years

Location: Gurgaon

Support key Talent Management processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and HiPo development, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to analyze talent insights, identify capability gaps, and support organizational talent interventions that strengthen leadership capability.
Manage and execute leadership development and career progression programs, including assessment centers, development journeys, and employee development initiatives.




Generate actionable people analytics and dashboards, track TM metrics, and support the design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives, policies, and employee experience enhancements.
