Role Overview

The Centre Head will be responsible for the overall academic, operational and growth management of Credo Joy Dhanbad,



ensuring a joyful learning environment and excellent experience for children, parents and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
* Lead, mentor and monitor teachers and support staff.
* Ensure effective implementation of the Credo Joy curriculum and teaching practices.
* Build strong parent relationships and handle queries and concerns.
* Drive admissions, enrolment and centre growth.
* Conduct parent orientations, events, workshops and community activities.
* Ensure child safety, hygiene, discipline and compliance.
* Monitor attendance, academic quality, parent feedback and centre performance.
* Coordinate with management on marketing, admissions and centre development.

Ideal Candidate

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, Psychology or a related field.
