✅ Shift Duration: 10 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)
✅ Working Days: 5 Days a Week
✅ Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Off
✅ Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
✅ Cab Facility Available for Night Shift Employees
? Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries effectively
✔ Provide accurate information regarding products and services
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards




✔ Record customer interactions and update system records accurately
✔ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required
✔ Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
