About the Role




We are looking for a 3D CAD Design Intern to join our Product Development / R&D; team and support the design and development of enclosures and mechanical components for IoT, sensing, automation, and electronic control products.
The intern will work closely with our electronics and IoT engineering teams to translate PCBs, displays, sensors, connectors, switches, LEDs, power supplies and other electronic components into accurate, practical and manufacturable mechanical designs.
This is a hands-on product development role suited for someone who enjoys CAD modelling, mechanical design, prototyping and solving real-world design challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Design 3D enclosures and mechanical components for IoT and automation products.
Develop mechanical designs for sensor devices, IoT controllers, gateways, automation controllers, power monitoring devices and electronic control units.
Design mounting arrangements for PCBs, displays, sensors, SMPS, relays, MCBs, terminal blocks, connectors, LEDs, switches, cable glands,
