ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations
and strategy in a fast-paced fintech setting. The ideal candidate will have
a strong foundation in accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;),
compliance, and business partnering, with a hands-on approach to managing the
finance function of a growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic
decision-making.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective
actions.

* Partner with business teams to assess ROI on new initiatives and optimize
unit economics.

2. Accounting & Compliance

* Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
adherence to Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS standards.

* Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations,
provisions, and accruals, ensuring integrity of the general ledger and
financial statements.

implementing and monitoring internal controls over
financial reporting (ICFR) and ensuring full audit-readiness where
applicable.

* Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero
non-compliance and timely resolution of audit observations.

* Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax obligations (GST, TDS,
Income Tax, FEMA, etc.) and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

* Manage working capital efficiently, monitor cash flow, and ensure optimal
fund utilization.

* Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for treasury operations and fund
management

4. Strategic & Investor Support

* Support fundraising activities, investor due diligence, and capital
structuring initiatives.

* Prepare board-level presentations, investor reports, & financial performance
summaries highlighting key business metrics and growth levers.
