Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in Kolkata. The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing explicit information about Webingo’s services and resolving client issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, recording interactions in CRM or internal systems, and coordinating with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Support the sales team by maintaining leads and customer records.
Perform day-to-day back-office operations and documentation.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and maintain CRM/database.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing.




Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and customer requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, or Back Office Operations.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
