Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the US market for our Accounting and Tax outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, with a strong understanding of the US outsourcing industry.





The role requires working during US business hours and engaging with CPA firms, accounting firms, tax professionals, and small to mid-sized businesses through multiple outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities for US Accounting and Tax outsourcing services.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
Develop relationships with CPA firms, accounting firms, enrolled agents, tax consultants, and US businesses.
Schedule discovery calls and client meetings with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored outsourcing solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of new business opportunities.

Lead Generation

Prospect using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Google, and other B2B databases.
Execute cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing campaigns.
