Role Description The Tender Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Vasai, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for Guardwel’s products and solutions.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and tracking relevant tenders, analyzing tender requirements, preparing technical and commercial bid documents, and coordinating submissions within strict deadlines. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to gather accurate information, ensure compliance with tender specifications, and optimize pricing and terms. The Tender Executive will maintain tender databases, monitor post-submission follow-ups, and support negotiations and clarifications with clients as needed. This position also requires updating management on tender progress, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
