Manages, develops, and implements supply chain planning and order management
projects of varying complexity and size. Partners with business stakeholders,
cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to define project objectives,
establish plans and timelines, manage risks and resources, and deliver
sustainable solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS Order
Management, EDI, and related supply chain processes while driving continuous
improvement, user adoption, and change management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead multiple supply chain planning and order management projects from
inception through completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope,
objectives, timelines, and performance goals.
* Deploy Order Management initiatives and projects in alignment with business
priorities, agreed objectives, and timelines.
* Facilitate project planning sessions with business and functional
stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones,
resources, and success measures.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines,



milestones,
budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and take appropriate corrective
actions.
* Partner with business, IT, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to
design and implement sustainable global Order Management solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS Order Management, EDI, data
management, Release Management (RLM), Processing Rules, CUM Management, and
forecasting solutions.
* Provide functional expertise across EDI transactions, including Planning
(830), Sequenced (866), Shipping (862), Purchase Orders (850), Order
Acknowledgment (855/865), Shipping ASN (856), and Invoicing (810).
* Act as the Order Management process owner, supporting the end-to-end process
from source systems through fulfillment at manufacturing plants.
