We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing, lead generation, social media, and building brands digitally. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs across India and globally.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Generate and manage quality leads through paid and organic digital channels.
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital creatives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and engagement.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
Conduct audience targeting,



retargeting, and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is compulsory.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools is an added advantage.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Must be currently based in Gurugram/Gurgaon.
Salary - ₹30,000 per month salary
