Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function at CredFlow group. This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial operations, investor relations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage investor relations and fundraising activities
Build and maintain solid relationships with bankers and financial institutions
Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management
Lead financial projections, budgeting, and forecasting
Review and negotiate legal and commercial contracts
Set up and optimise finance processes and internal controls for NBFC operations
Monitor regulatory changes and perform impact analysis
Drive cost optimisation and vendor negotiations
Track and report key business and financial metrics
Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Prepare MIS reports and board-level presentations




Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audit closure
Ensure full compliance with RBI, secretarial, and other regulatory requirements
Ensure direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Hire, mentor, and manage the finance team
Handle statutory and internal audits
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely RBI compliance and regulatory filings
Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Drive finance automation and process improvement initiatives
Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
Maintain and scrutinize accounting entries in Tally
Support month-end closing and lending reconciliation activities
Cash flow management

Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI guidelines, and statutory compliance
Experience in banking relationships, fundraising, and stakeholder communication
