Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & Project Support Analyst to monitor system health across our client base, validate data integrity, and support the smooth delivery of ongoing projects. The role combines quality assurance, proactive monitoring, and strong client communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable writing database queries, spotting anomalies against historical trends, testing ongoing work, and leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor system health on a client-by-client basis, ensuring each client environment is stable, performant, and functioning as expected.
• Write and run database queries to investigate system behaviour, extract data, and diagnose issues.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity by comparing current outputs against historical data and expected patterns.
• Track, log,



and monitor client-reported issues, ensuring they are triaged, followed up on, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Perform quality assurance and testing of ongoing work and new deliverables before they reach clients.
• Apply AI prompting to accelerate analysis, testing, documentation, and issue investigation.
• Provide project support and coordination, keeping tasks, timelines, and stakeholders aligned.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, translating technical findings into concise, actionable updates.

Required Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of databases and the ability to write and interpret SQL / DB queries.
• Experience in quality assurance and testing of software or data-driven deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to validate data against historical trends and flag anomalies.
• Familiarity with system health monitoring and issue-tracking practices.
