Preferred Eligibility Criteria
Education: Diploma or Degree in Ayurvedic/Siddha Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, or Healthcare Management.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a luxury wellness resort, Ayurvedic center, or high-end spa facility.
Core Competency: Dual expertise in paramedic support for therapies and strong operational capabilities in managing wellness facility infrastructure.
Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description
Guest & Doctor Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge of communication between doctors, therapists, and guests to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans.
Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations and immaculate maintenance of all wellness facilities, including Steam rooms, Saunas, Far-Infrared (UV) Saunas, Salt Rooms, and Locker areas.
Therapist Scheduling: Manage daily therapist rosters, treatment room allocations, and therapy equipment preparation with zero delays.
Treatment Room Hygiene: Ensure strict hygiene, room setup, oil/botanical supply management, and 5-star linen standards across all consultation and treatment suites.
Guest Orientation: Welcome guests to the Integrated Wellness Center, orienting them regarding facility use, pre/post-therapy protocols, an
