About The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategic sourcing techniques, and building long-term relationships with niche talent pools. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A robust understanding of industry-specific roles and technical requirements is essential. Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn, and sourcing tools is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and clients.
