About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Technical Lead – Software Engineering to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of five years of hands-on software development experience,



particularly in Python, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing system performance, and maintaining high standards of technical excellence. This position involves mentoring and leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, and supporting deployment and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of AI Large Language Models, DevSecOps, and cloud infrastructure, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. They should have at least five years of professional experience in Python development,
