Role Summary

Position: Dispatch Executive

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage dispatch operations and inventory coordination at the plant. The role involves ensuring accurate stock tracking, smooth dispatch processes, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records
Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches
Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods
Prepare and maintain vehicle dispatch slips and related documentation
Ensure timely updates of inventory sheets and reports
Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance for products
Coordinate vehicle loadin
