About the Role

Synthesis Media & Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media activities for our brands and clients.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, current trends, audience engagement, and basic social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
Develop ideas for social media posts, campaigns, reels, stories, and other content formats.
Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions, headlines, and post copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for timely content creation and publishing.
Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar.




Research industry trends, trending topics, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
Support the execution of social media campaigns for brand awareness and engagement.
Track basic social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, and interactions.
Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports.
Monitor competitor social media activities and identify useful content ideas.
Stay updated with recent social media features, formats, trends, and algorithm changes.
Ensure that all content follows the brand's tone, guidelines, and communication objectives.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Management.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Good writing and communication skills.
Ability to write engaging social media captions and content.
Creative thinking
