We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational reliability of a platform that processes real insurance claims and moves real money between institutions.
This is a founding engineering hire. You won’t be maintaining someone else’s setup — you’ll be building the company’s entire cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and release process from the ground up on Azure. Every deployment, every setting, every alert — yours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture - End-to-end CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance on Azure DevOps - Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for all Azure resources - Environment management — dev, staging, UAT, production — with proper isolation and promotion gates - Container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) - Security hardening — network policies,



secrets management (Azure Key Vault), SSL/TLS, RBAC
Deployment & Automation - Automated build, test, and deployment workflows for .NET Core / Angular applications - Release governance — coordinating deployments with engineering and QA, managing rollbacks - Database deployment automation for MongoDB and SQL Server - Disaster recovery, backup automation, and RTO/RPO compliance - Cost monitoring and optimization of Azure resource consumption
Monitoring & Observability - Monitoring, alerting, and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or equivalent - Proactive incident detection and response - System performance optimization and troubleshooting - SLA/SLO definition and tracking
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
DevOps & Cloud Expertise - 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering - Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB / MongoDB Atlas
