Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Founder is a full-time, in office role based in Guwahati. This position provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and documents. The Executive Assistant will help organize and track projects, maintain records and files, and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and initiatives.



The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The Executive Assistant will also assist with basic research, preparing presentations or reports, and anticipating the Founder’s needs to enable effective decision-making and time management.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including calendar management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft emails, documents, and presentations clearly and professionally.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and online collaboration tools).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
