Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a solid portfolio demonstrating a flair for illustrative design and typography, and hands-on experience across digital and designing platforms. Experience in real estate, architecture,



or lifestyle/luxury brand design is a robust plus.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for client pitches, property listings, and business proposals
Create marketing collateral including brochures, property flyers, and social media creatives
Develop branding assets and maintain visual consistency across all company communications
Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the premium positioning of the firm

Skills Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation (images/vide
