The Opportunity
This is a strategic programs role at the center of Global Sales HQ. You own the portfolio of sales-development programs and strategic sales initiatives that turn strategy into repeatable, measurable motions across regions — and you are the connective tissue between Sales and Product, between demand generation and closure, and between global standards and on-the-ground execution.




In a matrixed organization where regional heads own their reps and delivery, you own the standard, the operating rhythm, and the cross-functional programs that make the whole sales engine more effective. It is a builder-strategist role: you design the programs, orchestrate the launches, instrument them, and scale what works.
What You'll Own
SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS & STRATEGIC SALES INITIATIVES
Own the portfolio of sales-development programs and strategic initiatives that raise the productivity and consistency of the global sales organization, from skills and plays to new sales motions.
Translate the annual sales strategy into a sequenced program roadmap with explicit owners, milestones, and success metrics.
Stand up initiatives as time-boxed programs with scale / iterate / kill decision gates, plus the governance rhythm — interlocks, exception desks, QBR cadences — that keeps regions on one standard.
