Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) – European Markets
We are seeking a highly accomplished, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. This is a 100% remote role based in India, focusing entirely on client acquisition across European markets.
The ideal candidate must possess an active, self-owned database of clients and leads. No leads or databases will be provided; you will have full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Generate current business independently within European markets.
Leverage personal network and existing database to secure contracts.
Pitch staffing solutions (contract, permanent,



executive search) to C-level executives.
Manage end-to-end sales from cold outreach to contract signing.

Market Strategy & Positioning
Identify market trends in European IT, BFSI, and Engineering sectors.
Map target accounts to penetrate high-value companies.
Align working hours with European time zones for seamless communication.

Account & Contract Management
Negotiate commercial terms, MSA framework agreements, and margins.
Ensure compliance with European labor laws and hiring regulations.
Hand over won accounts smoothly to the delivery/recruitment team.
