About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and PPC/Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor organic search performance.
Develop and implement social media strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage content calendars and coordinate with content and creative teams for digital campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL,



conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, and engagement.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, and platforms to improve campaign performance.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies.
Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta, SEO, PPC, and social media trends and algorithm changes.

Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Experience in managing lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Valuable understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
