About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, HR Operations, to join our Human Resources team at LeadSquared in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring the seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data,



and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and payroll coordination. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the HR function by optimizing processes, supporting automation initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience within a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is preferred, adding an advantage in understanding advanced HR concepts and strategic alignment. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in HRMS administration, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
