About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day financial records of our U.S. client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.



The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling various bookkeeping tasks, including processing payroll, managing multi-state sales tax filings, and maintaining organized financial records. The position requires familiarity with U.S. accounting practices and terminology, as the primary focus is supporting small business clients based in the United States. The successful candidate will work independently in a fully remote setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S. clients.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop platforms.
Hands-on experience in running payroll using major payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, or similar.
Proven experience in preparing and filing sales tax returns across multiple U.S. states.
