Education
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline
Experience
- 7–10 years of overall skilled experience with a strong product engineering background
- Prior experience as part of a founding or early-stage engineering team in a startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and own products from early stages to production
Technical Expertise
Backend & Programming
- Python: 5+ years of hands-on, production-level development experience
- Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask for building scalable APIs and services
Databases & Storage
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and reliability
Messaging & Streaming
- Proficiency with asynchronous and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery
DevOps & Infrastructure
- Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on exposure to infrastructure automation and cloud-based deployments
- Familiarity with production monitoring, reliability, and scaling practices
