1. Educational Qualification

Essential :

- Diploma Mechanical Engg from reputed University / Institute

- Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, Diploma)

Experience

Minimum – 7 years Maximum – 15 years

Age limit

Minimum – 25 years Maximum – 33 years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

Support entire design lifecycle of two wheeler exterior/plastics/Trims which includes the following stages

1. Sound knowledge of Body Parts/Exterior/Panels and trim design.

2. Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software

3. Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking.

4. Knowledge on different types of materials,



manufacturing processes used in Plastic design

5. Application of GD&T;, DFMEA, DFM etc

Technical/ Functional:

- Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fenders, fairing assembly, seats, side panels etc.

- Good understanding & awareness of new technologies in vehicle interior design

- Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements

- Valuable communication skill
