Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with solid expertise in Java and Microservices architecture to design and lead enterprise -scale retail/OMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end -to -end enterprise solutions using Java & Microservices architecture
- Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews
- Define RESTful API standards, service decomposition, and integration patterns
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure non -functional requirements (scalability, security, performance, availability)
- Guide DevOps, CI/CD implementation, and cloud -native adoption
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Lead client discussions, estimations, POCs,
and technical demos
- Mentor teams and contribute to hiring & organizational growth
Primary Skills
- 10+ years industry experience (3+ years as Architect)
- 6+ years hands -on software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot / NodeJS
- Frontend exposure: ReactJS / AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs
- Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL databases
- Strong problem -solving & stakeholder communication skills
- Experience implementing OMS solutions in Retail domain (Mandatory)
