Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-Enabled Task Manager with 3–6 years of experience who can convert product requirements, PRDs, feature discussions, and stakeholder inputs into well-structured, actionable engineering work items.

The primary focus of this role is task decomposition, backlog hygiene, ticket quality, and AI-assisted documentation. The candidate will work closely with Product, Leadership, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure that development teams receive clear, complete, and execution-ready tickets.

This is not a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.

Mandatory Skills
3–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis,



Technical Writing, or Agile Delivery Support
Strong ability to understand product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and feature discussions
Ability to break down product features into clear, granular, and executable engineering tasks
Strong hands-on experience with Linear – mandatory
Strong experience with Notion
Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
Linear AI

Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or ambiguities in requirement
