About the Role

Primary Skills

Routing & Switching:-
Advanced understanding of enterprise L2/L3 networking
Experience managing large-scale network environments
Firewalls:-
Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint
Load Balancers:-
Experience with F5, A10, Citrix NetScaler or similar technologies

Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers
Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and escalation handling for complex network incidents
Participate in network design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issues




Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes
Maintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updates
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications
Strong hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments

Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
Certifications (Preferred)
Cisco CCNP / CCNA
Security or firewall vendor certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
