About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Decision Management Program (DMP) team at our Pune office. This role is pivotal in developing and enhancing our real-time decision-making systems that leverage streaming analytics, business rules, AI engines, and big data technologies.



The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in mentoring team members while actively contributing to the development of high-performance, scalable applications that support Mastercard’s global decision management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, microservices architecture, and automation testing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing software development processes, embed quality engineering practices, and automate testing and deployment workflows.
